In view of the above, the instant second appeal S.A. 529 of 1994 stands dismissed for default, without any order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

The Trial Court record, if arrived before this court shall be returned before the jurisdictional Trial Court forthwith but positively within a period of two months from date.
