Learned State Advocate says that although initially charge sheet was submitted by CID after the case was transferred to CID, further investigation is going on in terms of the provisions of Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Supplementary charge sheet pursuant to such further investigation, is yet to be filed.

Since further investigation is going on, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail, at this stage. 3.

CRM (NDPS) 71 of 2025 is, thus, dismissed.
