This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.25 of 2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Barrackpore.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit has been proceeding at a slow pace and an application for temporary injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 is pending.

Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed, direction for prior service of notice on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material-

on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Barrackpore to dispose of the pending application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed.

The learned Trial Court is also requested to expedite the hearing of the suit and dispose of the same as expeditiously as the business of the Trial Court would permit preferably within a period of one year from the date of disposal of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

CO 119 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
