The present revisional application has been preferred against an order and judgment dated 22.12.2021 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court - II, Paschim Medinipur in Criminal Appeal No. 25 of 2021 arising out of an order dated 13.09.2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court at Paschim Medinipur, in C.R. Execution No. 11 of 2020.

Considering the submissions made by the petitioner and on hearing the parties, the present revisional application is disposed of as 'infructuous'.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
