Mr. Tulshi Das Ray, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants, submits that his clients are not willing to proceed with the present Second Appeal, he files written instructions of his clients to the said effect, which is taken on record.

Mr. Ray further submits that all the applications appearing in the list today have already been disposed of. In view of such, SA 130 of 1982 is dismissed as not pressed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The department is directed to send down the lower Courts records to the concerned Court below immediately. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the party subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
