Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he is a retired teacher and he is getting pension under ROPA 2009. He is not getting revised pension under ROPA 2019.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the school has not forwarded all papers in respect of the petitioner to the concerned District Inspector of Schools.

I direct the Administrator and Teacher-in-Charge of the school, being the respondent nos. 7 and 8 to send all papers to the District Inspector of Schools within a period of one month from date of receipt of a

copy of this order and the concerned District Inspector of Schools is directed to take steps after receiving the papers including his right to call for a meeting of the petitioner and the school for clarification or any question within a period of three months thereafter and to take steps for payment of the arrear dues. With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
