In Re: CRAN 1 of 2026 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/applicant has drawn the attention of the Court to the enclosures which reflect that the petitioner had been meeting the concerned Officer of Hasting Police Station as was directed in the order dated 18.03.2025. The report reflects that no information was furnished by the applicant as to where he had been residing. Be that as it may, the enclosures reflect that the petitioner had been diligently meeting with the concerned Officer of Hasting Police Station and the report reflects that there has been no allegation of intimidating the witnesses or tampering of evidences. Having considered the fact that more than a year the petitioner has complied with the majority of the conditions, the

earlier conditions are modified to the extent that the petitioner once in a fortnight will meet with the Officer-in-Charge, Ekbalpore Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
