1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he is in custody for about four years. He prays for bail.

2. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample evidence connecting the petitioner with the offence of dacoity. Bail prayer of the co-accused was turned down in August, 2023. Direction was given to conclude trial at an early date preferably within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence. Time frame has not come to an end. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
