1. Learned counsel for the respondents, in his usual fairness, hands up a copy of the concerned Advertisement for recruitment of Dental Surgeons and submits that even in the opinion of the respondents, the qualifications permit the petitioner to be called for the concerned interview for Dental Surgeons, since the Regulations permit registration as Dental Surgeon in West Bengal State Dental Council or the DCI, alternatively.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner also hands over a copy of a printout from the website which indicates that his application has been successfully approved.

3. Appreciating the fair stand of the respondents, WPA No. 772 of 2024 is disposed of by setting aside the refusal by the respondents to call the petitioner for interview as a Dental Surgeon.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
