He submits, last gross salary at Rs.1796/- has been taken for purpose of calculation and issuance of pension payment order. He submits, this is compliance of the order, violation of which was complained by his client. Mr. Dutta, learned senior advocate, Advocate General appears on behalf of alleged contemner and submits, his client is present in Court for purpose of hearing on the rule. On acceptance of compliance by applicant Mr. Dutta submits, his client tenders unqualified apology for delayed compliance.

The compliance is accepted.

The contempt proceeding is dropped and the contempt application, disposed of.

Court requests learned Advocate General to put in a word for expeditious issuance of pension payment order and disbursement of all arrear amounts due, in accordance therewith.
