Mr. Gazi Faruque Hossain Mr. Bapin Baidya ..for the petitioner Mr. Saikat Banerjee Mr. Koushik Chowdhury ..for the Board BP Sl. 120 Court No. 17 In this matter there was a direction for filing affidavit which has not been filed up till now. The petitioner has come up with an application praying for allowing him in the ensuing recruitment process as the circulars of NCTE are in his favour.

I direct the Board to hear the petitioner within a period of three weeks from date by giving him an opportunity of hearing and to pass a reasoned order by two weeks thereafter.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of along with all other interim applications.
