The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the charge-sheet which was filed in connection with Bagnan Police Station Case No.30/2022 dated 23.01.2022 under Sections 498A/306/34 of IPC. Mr. Dan, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to appear for the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

I have considered the contentions advanced in the revisional application and I find that only the FIR and the charge-sheet are enclosed. No document under Section 207 Cr.P.C. has been enclosed along with the revisional application.

Having regard to the same, I grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned trial court at the appropriate stage particularly under Sections 227/228 of Cr.P.C. when the learned trial court would consider regarding the issue relating to charges.

No interference is called for.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 114 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of such requisite formalities.
