1. The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated August 6, 2024 passed by this Court.

2. Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to implead the new incumbent in the cause title of the contempt application.

3. It is ordered that a copy of the contempt application shall be served on the alleged contemnors intimating that the contempt application shall next appear for consideration on April 23, 2026.

4. Pendency of the contempt petition shall, however, not preclude the alleged contemnor from complying with the direction passed by this Court.
