Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated August 28, 2025 learned advocate Mr. Ramkrishna Biswas appearing for the respondents submits that due notice has been served upon the learned advocate for the appellants.

The affidavit of service filed in Court today, in this regard is taken on record.

In view of the above, the Second Appeal being S.A. 598 of 1994 stands dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All connected applications also stand dismissed.
