The previous orders dated July 26, 2024 and September 27, 2024 speaks for themselves.

The department note dated January 31, 2025 shows that the administrative notice in respect of some of the respondents have been served and delivered and for some of the respondents are served. No paper book has been filed before the department within the time frame. In view of the above, the instant second appeal S.A. 604 of 1994 stands dismissed for default, without any order as to costs.

All connected applications consequently stand dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

The Trial Court record, if arrived before this court shall be returned before the jurisdictional Trial Court

forthwith but positively within a period of two months from date.
