This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the decreeholder and is directed against an order dated December 12, 2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 2nd Court at Alipore in Miscellaneous Case No.25 of 2012. By the order impugned the application for local inspection was allowed.

After going through the materials on record, this Court finds that the application for local inspection was filed in aid of the repairing application.

The learned trial judge was right in allowing the application for local inspection.

For such reason, this Court is not inclined to interfere with such order.

Accordingly, CO 125 of 2025 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
