We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. Considering the fact that the petitioner was enjoying an interim order of not to arrest, the petitioner, shall not be arrested in connection with this case for a period of two months from this date until further order whichever is earlier on condition that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight until further order.

Accordingly, the application for extension of interim order and/or fresh interim order, being CRAN 1 of 2021 stands disposed of.
