Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the petitioner is now receiving the subsistence allowance as per the order of this Court.

In light of the same, he wishes to withdraw this contempt application with liberty to file afresh, if he is so advised.

In light of the above, this contempt application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to apply if and when necessary and the contempt rule is discharged. There will be no order as to costs.
