Report reflects that the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda cancelled the bail of Basudeb Maity, the accused/opposite party no.2 by his order dated 31.08.2022 and thereafter issued warrant of arrest against him. Having regard to the fact that bail of the accused/opposite party no.2 has already been cancelled by the learned Magistrate, I am of the opinion that the present application and the prayers advanced therein have lost its force.

Accordingly, CRM (SB) 11 of 2022 is disposed of. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
