The amount "Rs.15,00,000/-" appearing in the 8th line of paragraph 2 at page 3 of the said order be substituted by the amount "Rs.14,75,000/-".

The amount "Rs.14,50,000/-" appearing in the 3rd line of paragraph 3 at page 3 of the said order be substituted by the amount "Rs.14,75,000/-".

The phrase "aforesaid deposited amount"

appearing in the 8th and 9th line of paragraph 3 at page 3 of the said be substituted by the phrase "balance principal amount of Rs.14,75,000/-" . The order dated November 08, 2021, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated November 08, 2021.

Certified copy of the order November 08, 2021, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.

Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the appellants on priority basis on compliance of necessary formalities.
