The appellant is not represented, nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant.

On 16th March, 2006 a coordinate bench directed the appellant to take an application for substitution on the death of the respondent nos. 6 and 10. In default, the matter was directed to be put up for final order.

The report filed by the department shows that no attempt has been made by the appellant to file an application for substitution for the death of the said respondents.

Under such circumstances, the appeal abates.

In view of abatement of the appeal, the connected application also stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

L.C.R, if arrived, be sent down to the appropriate court.
