The Inspector-in-Charge, Chakulia Police Station has filed a report dated 22.02.2022 in the form of instructions to the State Advocate.

It appears from the report that joint inspection by the I. C. and the B. D. O., Goalpokher II Block has revealed that no trees under the Kali Mandir have been cut or stolen. There are disputes and differences between the petitioner and the managing committee of the Kali Mandir.

However, since the petitioner submits that trees of the said Mandir are under threat, it is ordered that the I. C., Chakulia Police Station shall keep vigil at the said premises and immediately attend to any complaint of tree cutting or theft of the property of the Mandir.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

The report of the Inspector-in-Charge, Chakulia Police Station dated 22.02.2022 is taken on record. There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
