None represents the respondent nos. 8, 9 and 10. The respondent no. 8 has been declared as the successful bidder and work order has been issued in his name. Any order passed in the instant application may prejudice the respondent no.8.

The Additional District Magistrate, Purulia and the Additional Executive Officer, Purulia Zilla Parishad is directed to intimate the respondent no. 8 that the matter will appear in the list on 1st March, 2024. Learned advocate appearing for the official respondents shall take specific instruction as to how

the bid amount of the respondent no.8 was accepted rejecting the bid submitted by the petitioner of a lesser amount even though the petitioner and the respondent no.8 had the same credentials.

In the event the private respondent does not appear on the adjourned date, then order in his absence will be passed relying upon the documents already available on record.
