Petitioners have filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in considering its representation dated 29th December, 2022 being annexure P/8 to the writ petition against blocking of ITC, details of such grievance will appear from the aforesaid representation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 798 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned/respondent No. 1 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioners
