The second cause title bears wrong number and wrong description of the parties. Accordingly, "FA 173 of 2017 CAN 3 of 2019 (old CAN 11344 of 2019) Sulekha Mondal & Ors.

Versus

Kanu Prasad Mondal & Ors."

stand deleted and substituted by FAT 685 of 2016 with CAN 4217 of 2018 and CAN 4218 of 2018.

The last but second paragraph namely, "In view of the aforesaid observations, FA 173 of 2017 is also disposed of" should be deleted and replaced by "In view of the aforesaid observations, FAT 685 of 2016 is also disposed of"

Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 7th December, 2021 and FA 173 of 2017 shall not be shown as disposed of on 7th December, 2021. This order shall form part of the order dated 7th December, 2021.
