Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents have been interfering with the property of the petitioner in spite of the petitioner being favoured with a decree of the civil court. The police authorities have been informed regarding the illegal acts and activities of the private respondents but the police authorities till date did not render any assistance to the petitioner, particularly with regard to the disturbance created with regard to the enjoyment of the property. The supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner reflects that different administrative

authorities have been made aware regarding the act and actions of the private respondents.

State has submitted a report which reflects that police authorities have been keeping a vigil and to that extent on different occasions as and when information has been received proceeding under section 107 Cr.P.C. has been drawn up.

In view of the steps taken by the police authorities and the police authorities having knowledge regarding the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and private respondents, I direct that the police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility at the behest of either of the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 786 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
