...for the State We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. The learned Public Prosecutor in all fairness has submitted that the conditions imposed by a coordinate Bench on 22nd February, 2021 for granting interim bail have been adhered to and complied with by the petitioner. Having regard to the delayed occasion in the trial and the fact that the petitioner is in custody for about eight years and there is no possibility of conclusion of the trial in the near future and taking into consideration that the petitioner did not misuse the liberty granted to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 22nd February, 2021, we confirm the bail. The conditions imposed by the order dated 22nd February, 2021 shall remain unaltered.

The report produced by the learned Public Prosecutor showing compliance of the conditions imposed by this Court is taken on record. With the above observation, CRM 362 of 2021 is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of the order. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.) (Soumen Sen, J.)
