The subject matter of the revisional application relates to an order dated 01.10.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Asansol in Misc. Case No. 127 of 2017. The said order dated 01.10.2018 directed all the four children to pay Rs.4000/- per month jointly by way of interim maintenance to the father. Mr. Samanta, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that there has been change of circumstances since the order was passed. Petitioners are directed to file necessary application before the learned Judicial Magistrate to show the circumstantial change subsequent to the passing of the order. So far as the order dated 01.10.2018 is concerned passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Asansol, there is no scope for interference by this court. Thus, the revisional application being CRR 90 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
