Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

An eighty one-year old person died.

The post-mortem report suggests that the person consumed poison.

There are materials in the case diary suggesting that the petitioners looked after and were staying with the deceased at the material point of time.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 151 of 2023 is dismissed.
