Kutubiddin ....for the State Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail on the basis of order granting anticipatory bail to co-accused by the co-ordinate Bench in CRM(A) 191 of 2022 dated January 27, 2022. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the police filed charge-sheet and therefore, necessity of custodial interrogation is not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioners are guilty of absconsion.

The police case is dated May 1, 2021.

There is no explanation as to the delay in approaching the Court for anticipatory bail. There is an issue of long absconsion of petitioners.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 114 of 2024 is disposed of.
