Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in Bpg.

Dismissed respect of co-accused this Court has been pleased to direct the learned trial court to conclude the eyewitnesses within a period of six months. The same principle would apply to the present petitioner particularly the directions passed in CRM(M)487 of 2026. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The learned trial court would follow the same directions as was observed in the aforesaid bail application.

Accordingly, CRM(M)150 of 2026 is dismissed at this stage.
