Mr. Anjan Bhattacharya Ms. Anita Shaw ......For the Petitioner Mr. Saibal Acharyya Mr. Pradip Kr. Ghosh .....For the Respondent Nos. 5. 6 & 7 The petitioner submits that the matter may be 21.04 Ct. No.17 settled if a meeting is held between herself and the school.

Learned advocate for the school submits that the present dispute relates to child care leave which is required to be sent before the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education who is the appropriate authority in this regard.

However, presently I am not directing the Board to look into the matter. First the school should sit with the petitioner and if it is not settled amicably, then either of the parties may approach the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. The meeting is to be held within a month and for this purpose the Headmaster of the school will intimate the petitioner in writing the date, time and place of the meeting. Such meeting may be held more than once but not

more than thrice.

With this observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.

As the school has not used any affidavit, the allegations made against the school are deemed not to have been admitted.
