And In Re : Nilesh Singh ...... petitioner Mr. Moyukh Mukherjee Ms. Kavita Saraff Mr. Shakti Halder ....for the petitioner Mr. Soumyajit Das Mahapatra ....for the de-facto complainant Mr. Rudradipta Nandy Mr. Subroto Roy ....for the State State and the de-facto complainant are represented. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the fraud. Apparently, the petitioner was involved in persuading a person to buy an immovable property, which was already sold to somebody else. Large amount of money is involved. Need for custodial interrogation of the petitioner cannot be overlooked.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 153 of 2023 is dismissed.
