Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents are trying to demolish the boundary wall for construction of a pathway.

However, because of resistance till date the same could not succeed. Petitioner has already approached the learned Executive Magistrate under the relevant provisions of BNSS.

Learned advocate for the State submits a report. Report reflects that the police authorities have been vigilant over the dispute complained of and has adhered to the directions passed by the learned Executive Magistrate.

Learned advocate for the respondent no.4 submits that the petitioner is in possession after purchasing the property.

Be that as it may, having regard to the nature of the accusations which have been made, in case there is any statutory violation, the petitioner would approach the jurisdictional civil or criminal court for effective remedies. For the time being, the police authorities as they had been vigilant, they are directed to continue the strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 962 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
