It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that since petitioner has been permitted to participate in Main Examination in connection with 7th State Level Selection Test (AT), 2023 for Classes I to IV which is scheduled on 19th January, 2025, writ petition becomes infructuous.

West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission and State respondents are represented by learned advocates.

In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
