The terms are all lawful.

In view thereof, the appeal is disposed of on the basis of the Memorandum of Family Settlement dated 24th June, 2022. The department is directed to draw up a decree on the basis of the terms of settlement being Annexure 'B' to this petition as expeditiously as possible.
