Banerjee) Mr. Kamalesh Bhattacharya Mr. Aninda Bhattacharya ... for the petitioner The medical certificate for school teacher 2022, as has been produced by the Assistant Inspector of Schools on behalf of the District Inspector of Schools, shows that the petitioner has no serious heart illness. But when the petitioner applied on medical ground on 15th December, 2021, the illness relating to her was not qualified, as has been done subsequently, as 'Serious'. The petitioner submitted papers of her disease. However, it may be so that by considering the papers of the petitioner, when it was not qualified as 'serious' heart disease, the District Inspector of Schools today, as is found from the website, has forwarded the petitioner's application to the West Bengal School Service Commission.

I direct the Commission to take steps for transfer of the petitioner to a school nearer to her residence within a period of three weeks from date.

The petitioner is granted liberty to select any school nearer to her residence including the schools

which she has already selected, if those are not filled up in the meantime. But she will only select three schools and not more than that. The names and addresses of the schools with the block and police station under which such schools are situated, are to be clearly mentioned in the application to be filed by the petitioner in the office of the District Inspector of Schools. With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
