1. Affidavit of service, as filed be kept with the record. A second affidavit of service has also been filed.

2. In spite of services as afore-stated, there is no representation on behalf of the State.

3. The petitioner is a teacher who has been assigned the duties of a transferred teacher, by way of local arrangement. The petitioner's grievance is that he is residing in a completely separate area within a different block and cannot be the substitute of the teacher who has been transferred.

4. To agitate his grievance, he has made a representation with the respondent no. 2 on 02.01.2026. Such representation is lying unattended.

5. The respondent no. 2, is directed to consider the representation and decide the same by 30.04.2026 and intimate the resultant order of such consideration to the petitioner by 05.05.2026.

6. With the afore-stated direction, the writ-petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
