Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private respondent no. 6 is terrorizing the petitioner to surrender his possession in an immovable property. The police are inactive on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and prosecution under Section 107 Cr.P.C. was submitted. Learned advocate for the private respondent no.6 draws the attention of the Court to the pleadings in the writ petition. He submits that the petitioner himself stated that the private respondent resides elsewhere and she did not enter into the marital home since the solemnization of marriage.

Apparently, the disputes as narrated above, are essentially civil in nature and between the private parties. As the police are investigating on the complaint of the petitioner and the disputes between the private parties are civil in nature, further interference is not called for. WPA 942 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
