This is an application by the appellants praying dismissal of the instant appeal for nonprosecution. The appellants are not willing to proceed with the appeal. S.A. 25 of 2003 is, therefore, dismissed as not pressed without any order as to costs.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated.

CAN 7 of 2022 is, thus, disposed of.

In view of the dismissal of the appeal, the connected pending applications, if any, are also dismissed.

The Lower Court Records, if have reached to this Court, the Department is directed to send it down immediately.
