1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for about 45 days. It is further submitted petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

2. Learned Advocate for the State submits further investigation is in progress and DNA matching of the petitioner is necessary.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, petitioner does not wish to press the instant application for bail at present.
