Re: FA 168 of 2005 Although one of us (Soumen Sen, J.) is not inclined to take up this matter but the learned Counsel for the parties have requested that FA 168 of 2005 can be disposed of as during the pendency of the appeal, the minor has attained majority and currently he is an engineer by profession.

In view thereof, the appeal being FA 168 of 2005 has now become infructuous and stands dismissed. The aforesaid order is passed by consent of the parties.

Re: FA 169 of 2005 CAN 1 of 2022 The learned Counsel for the parties have submitted that the matter may be adjourned for two weeks in order to enable the parties to arrive at an amicable settlement. The matter stands adjourned for two weeks (i.e. 12th December, 2022).
