Petitioner filed this application for quashing of charge-sheet No.28 of 2019 under Sections 341/ 325/ 354/ 307/ 506/ 509/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code arising out of Bidhannagar Women Police Station Case No.13 of 2019 dated 02.03.2019. None appears for the petitioner even after notice. Learned advocates for the opposite party and State are present. The appointment of the State advocates may be regularized by the concerned authority.
