Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her information to the Raninagar Police Station did not yield any result, as such, she has approached this Court.

Report has been submitted by the police authorities which reflects that police authorities have drawn up proceedings pursuant to the information received under Sections 126/135 of the BNSS. It has also been submitted that a civil suit is pending between the parties.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos.6 and 7 submits that the petitioner has embellished facts for approaching this Court.

Be that as it may, since the police authorities have prima facie found that a case under Sections 126/135 of the BNSS have been made out, police authorities would continue keeping a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace takes place. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 936 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
