Petitioner contends he is a teacher and has been falsely implicated due to political rivalry. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. In the FIR it is alleged petitioner had assaulted the de facto complainant with a pasli and threw bomb at his father i.e. Gurchand Mondal. Injury report of Gurchand Mondal shows bomb blast injury. 4.

In light of the aforesaid incriminating materials, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.
