Record reflects that in respect of the further investigation further chargesheet in connection with Baguiati P. S. Case No. 618 of 2021 dated 16-12-2021 has been submitted which is referred to as Baguiati P. S. Chargesheet Case No. 715 of 2023 dated 30-112023. In the said supplementary chargesheet, the Investigating Agency has implicated only one accused namely Amit Chakraborty and rest of the three accused persons have been discharged from the case. The petitioners before this court are rest of the accused persons namely, Shirshendu Chatterjee, Rita Sen and Kshounish Ghatak.

Having considered that the three petitioners before this court are not wanted in connection with Baguiati PS Case No. 618

of 2021 dated 16-12-2021 and the chargesheet submitted therein, I am of the view that the present revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, CRR 138 of 2024 is dismissed as infructuous. Pending any other applications are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
