Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the police filed charge sheet and considering the period of detention of the petitioner, the prayer for bail should be considered. He submits that the petitioner is not a public servant. Learned advocate appearing for the State refers to the contents in the case diary. He submits that the prayer for bail of the Chairman was rejected by the coordinate Bench today. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM (DB) 131 of 2022 is dismissed.
