1. None for the parties even in the pass-over round.

2. The order dated 24th December, 2019, passed by learned Single Judge in W.P. No. 20748(W) of 2019 is under challenge wherein learned Single Judge recorded that a civil dispute pending between the parties. The court, therefore, declined interference and issued direction to the police authorities to interfere in a civil suit. Liberty is reserved to the parties to approach appropriate forum. However, it is observed that police will act if there is any apprehension of breach of peace.

3. In our opinion, learned Single Judge has taken a plausible view which does not warrant any interference in this intra-court appeal.

4. Resultantly, the intra-court appeal is dismissed.

5. Pending IA No: CAN/1/2020(Old No:CAN/222/2020) is also dismissed accordingly.

6. Interlocutory order (if any) stands vacated.

7. No order as to costs.
