1. None for the parties even in the pass-over round.

2. Learned Single Judge on 11th November, 2019, directed restoration of the matter and immediately thereafter heard and decided it. Learned Single Judge opined that the disputes between the parties are civil in character and relates to an immovable property and, therefore, no interference is warranted by Writ Court.

3. In our opinion, said view is a plausible view which does not warrant interference. However, liberty is reserved to the parties to avail the remedy under the civil law.

4. With this observation, the intra-court appeal is disposed of.

5. Interlocutory order (if any) stands vacated.

6. No order as to costs.
