The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of his rights, he is being obstructed from constructing his boundary wall.

To that effect, an information was furnished before the concerned police station.

However, no assistance was rendered by the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the State is

present.

I find that the dispute referred to is of the year 2022. When it was brought to the notice of the administration, more than two years have elapsed since then.

The petitioner will freshly file an application/information with the Officer-incharge of Golf Green Police Station. The Officer-in-charge of the concerned police station will dispose of such application in accordance with law within a reasonable period of time and communicate the outcome of the same to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 817 of 2023 along with CAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
